Therapeutic Bodywork:  $90 60min; $100 75min;
                                             $120 90min
Similar to traditional massage, your therapist will manipulate muscle groups to release pain and
tension creating a relaxation effect. They will also discuss your needs and concerns to
coordinate an effective treatment plan. Unlike traditional massage, therapeutic bodywork holds positions longer, incorporates stretching, and works the energetic channels of the body. These techniques are often from Traditional Chinese Medicine (working Qi through the body) and Japanese Traditions (Sotai).

Pre/Peri/Post Natal Bodywork    $90   60 mins

Accommodations for pregnancy bodywork include appropriate positioning on the table, the absence of leg massage (to decrease the risk of moving potential blood clots), avoidance of any tools that would raise body temperature, and allowing ample time post-treatment to regulate blood pressure.

Pre/Peri/Post-Partum bodywork allows the client the opportunity to reduce tension and stress as their body prepares for birth; and recovers from pregnancy and the birthing experience.

Babies are welcome, as they also enjoy the benefits of the relaxed & soothing environment of a post-partum session. 

Ayurvedic Bodywork - Vishesh:  $100 60min
Long, vigorous, flowing strokes with warmed oils and moderate pressure help restore the
balance of vital energy, deeply nourish the body, and relax the nervous system, enhancing lymphatic and arterial circulation.

Reiki: $90 60min
Reiki is one of the many forms of subtle energy healing. Our energy system flows through and
beyond the physical body. Disruptions or imbalances in its flow correlate to physical, mental,
and emotional illness. A Reiki treatment will help balance your energy system and promote
natural healing of mind, body, and spirit.

Thai Yoga Bodywork: $90 60min; $120 90min
A treatment style done while you are completely clothed. Your therapist will move your body into
comfortable positions while on the table or floor to help you stretch and lengthen your muscles and relax deeply. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Reflexology: $90 60min
is a treatment style focused on the feet, hands, face and ears. Through the application of touch
and manipulation techniques, Reflexology seeks to establish a more harmonious flow of energy
throughout the body by focusing on these areas. The focus of Reflexology is that there are areas on the hands, feet and ears that correspond to organs and systems of the body. By stimulating these areas, Reflexology is used to promote healing from within the body.

Yoga Classes & Workshops








BodyFlow A hybrid class of Tai Chi and yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is done while seated/using a chair to support balance. 

Hatha Yoga is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Slo
wer-paced. Great for beginners. Pre-post natal welcome!

Partum Yoga practice is designed to support the maternal body throughout all three trimesters, as well as after childbirth, during post-partum (or 4th trimester.)*
Yoga sequences are curated to be gentle and supportive to the body, as it prepares for birth; and to soothe and heal the body after the birthing experience. Poses are intertwined with pranayamic breathing sequences to increase oxygenated blood flow and to help train the body to loosen and relax, as muscles are lengthened and strengthened, especially within the pelvis and lower back. Pranayamic breathing can also have a positive effect on the central nervous system, minimizing anxiety, insomnia and blood pressure.

Restorative Yoga is appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on supported stillness via blankets and bolsters.

Vinyasa is a sequence of poses linked together with the inhalation and exhalation of the breath to fortify the mind-body connection. This is a slow-flow class.

Yin Yoga is practiced as a series of passive floor poses held for 3-5 minutes each with a Yang rebound/counter pose during transitions. The aim of this practice is to create release in the connective tissues and fascia, minimizing "tightness" in the body, while reducing cortisol-levels and offering nervous system "reset," creating space in the mind. 

YogaFlow  
A 60 minute slow flow yoga class focusing special attention to breath work, using movement to facilitate energy flow. Class ends with an additional 15 minute Savasana with sound bath healing.No experience needed. All levels welcome! 75min
