 WE ARE HIRING LCSW, LICSW, LMHC PROVIDERS

LOOKING TO SUPPLEMENT YOUR INCOME AND/OR GAIN CLINICAL EXPERIENCE?
We are currently seeking part time (with room to grow!) fee-for-service candidates to join our growing practice!
                                                    
Duties:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Conduct crisis intervention as needed to ensure client safety and well-being
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and client progress (clinical notes)
- Stay current with coding practices to ensure accurate billing
Skills:
- Ability to establish and fortify ongoing clinical rapport via a supportive therapeutic alliance.
-Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and experience in providing therapy services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and other professionals
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Familiarity with coding practices for accurate billing purposes (training and supervision offered!)
Requirements:
-Must have earned a Masters Degree in Counseling or Social Work
-Must be licensed to practice in MA (or pre-license/license eligible) for MA.
-License must be current and in good standing.
-Must be able to conduct sessions during afternoons, evening, and/or Saturdays.
-Must be able to conduct 3+ sessions/wk
-Experience working with children 8yo+ is preferred.

This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic services. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of evidence-based practices. They will also possess excellent verbal & written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Supervision hours and exam preparation are also offered to our pre-licensure team members, as are paid staff meetings and other supportive structures, such as group supervision.

We handle all referrals, copay collection, and billing!  Clinical Supervision Provided!
