Counseling & Wellness
Counseling (Psychotherapy) services are most often covered by an individual's health insurance plan.
Plans and their respective levels of coverage vary greatly, as do their cost-share expectations with in/out-of-network providers. Many have a requirement of copay, deductible, and/or coinsurance. Additionally, many plans do not include a full-coverage teletherapy benefit. Potential clients are strongly encouraged to first reach out to their plans for specific coverage information to avoid incurring unexpected costs. Self-Pay: up to $225/session. Late Cancel/No Show Fee: $125 missed sessions and cancellations made less than 24 hrs in advance. Sessions are 53-60 mins. We are contracted with Aetna, BCBS, Harvard Pilgrim/Tufts/Point32Health, and United/Optum Plans. NOTE: we are not currently contracted with Masshealth Plans. We offer a reduced rate of $100/session for clients who are members of Masshealth plans. |
Wellness & Salon/Spa services, such as reiki, reflexology, Head Spa, Foot Spa, facials, and massage/bodywork are not typically covered by health insurance plans.
